Your team is actively involved in finalising workflows – so DSM fits your daily operations from day one.
Phase 4 - Follow-Up
With DSM configured, we run a structured follow-up and validation process:
- Flow testing; verifying all business processes function as expected
- Go/No-Go checkpoint; confirming readiness for go-live
This ensures that your business is fully prepared for the transition.
Phase 5 - Go Live
We start with a DSM introduction course to prepare your team for launch.
What to expect on go-live day?
- Your old IT system is switched off and DSM goes live
- Expect a 2–3 day transition period, supported on-site by our consultants to keep everything running smoothly.
The first days focus on getting core functions operational. Additional modules and integrations follow in stages.
Phase 6 - Transition to Operation
We ensure a smooth handover with dedicated follow-up support:
- Two mandatory follow-up days to assist with the first month-end closing
- Your team is gradually transitioned to JMA’s DSM support team
- A final project report is delivered
