It is a lot of work and it is time-consuming to maintain prices and goods in an ERP system. It is much easier to have that work automated. JMA can help with that.
Electronic Price Update is a subscription where we manage price files from suppliers and automatically update DSM with the latest prices.
Interfaces Prices and Products
JMA has agreements with more than 120 suppliers to redistribute price lists to DSM. Some suppliers require users to be approved as recipients, other suppliers make the price files available without approval.
We make sure to prepare price files and loading routines before the prices are sent to the customers. We load the price files so that they are ready to be loaded into the catalog items/shadow directory and make them ready to update the item directory.
The subscription ensures that correct prices are always invoiced - and frees up time in the big task of handling prices from so many suppliers.
